Fairham Gin is a multi-award-winning craft gin producer from Penwortham, Lancashire. Owners and distillers Ellis McKeown and Liam Stemson founded the company in 2020 with the aim to create modern, juniper-forward, gins that boasted all-natural, authentic flavours using traditional distilling methods.
The Fairham Gin core range includes their ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ด๐ป๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป; which is a citrus-led London dry gin, ๐ข๐ฐ๐ต๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป; an orange spiced expression, and ๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป ๐๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป; uniquely distilled with apple, grape and coriander leaf.
The distillery also operates a craft bar based in Penwortham called Fairham's, which opened in May 2023, hosting launch events and gin tastings from the Fairham range, whilst championing other craft producers from the UK and beyond with offerings of rum, vodka, whisky, tequila, local beers, artisan cocktails, fine wines and low/non-alcoholic drinks.
