“Lets Make A Difference” or “LetsMAD” is a social enterprise, looking to deliver safe and high quality homes to local charities to allow them to break the cycle of being unable to return their service users to “normal” society.
Over the many years of working with our amazing local charities, our team have recognised that many charities struggle with approaching private landlords looking to rehome their service users, whether they be homeless, escaping from an abusive relationship, ex-offenders, ex-addicts, or just people who have fallen on hard times.
What LetsMAD want to achieve, is to bring together individual investors, to bring together their modest pots of savings, and invest them together to purchase derelict or run-down properties and make them habitable for charities to use and get those less fortunate than ourselves back into society, help them access funded education, employment, training, benefits, GP access etc.
