Operations Manager
Current- June 2018 to September 2018, June 2019 to October 2019, and October 2021 to present
- Produce, update, and implement operating procedures
- Develop contingency plans for theft, power outages, loss of Internet, employee no-shows, etc.
- Compile above documents into easy-to-reference binders for FOH, Deli, and Café staff
- Continually train employees as procedures and expectations change
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews of new applicants
