★ Creative Lead for Carnival Uk’s Hotel Standards programme which has successfully transformed both Ship and Shore ways of working by creating a framework, handbook and set of standards. This ultimately allowed the business to save on cost, time, and money by establishing a new streamlined process. - The P&O Hotel Standards team's efforts have led to enhanced hotel asset management, defect reporting and planned maintenance in line with Maritime deck and technical standards.★ Led design of carpets for Cunards QM2 Queen Mary 2 refit, developing new identity to key spaces. ★ Strategically worked alongside procurement to source furniture and fabric, which ultimately enhanced the guest experience onboard the P&O Cruises fleet, leading to increased passenger satisfaction and greater NET promoter score in ship condition.★ Completed whole end-to-end design process for P&O in service works including conceptualization, development of technical drawings (including floor plans, visuals) along with FF&E specification, procurement, and coordination. ★ Designed Logos, presentation templates and branded collateral to quickly give the project a visual identity leading to engagement of the programme within the wider company.★ Created the official P&O Cruises design specification template which has streamlined cross-departmental ways of working. ★Developed specification database for creating and recording data sheets.★ Co-Led training workshops to the entire P&O fleet on Hotel Standards and how to accurately convey and educate on the programme’s messaging and toolkits.
