My work experience demonstrates I am comfortable dealing with a variety of I.T. software and hardware, illustrating my versatility within different work environments and industries. Being company director of an I.T. support, repair and maintenance business for over 10 years emphasises my ability to communicate well with clients, colleagues, employees and vendors, which is vital to success. This has also enabled me to develop crucial skills such as accountability, financial responsibility, personal organisation most importantly, integrity; providing a client with a professional and efficient service.I have worked from home, displaying my self-discipline and being able to effectively manage my workload unsupervised while also keeping to deadlines. When required, I have carried out my role, not just on customer’s premises, but within state and specialist schools, proving I am trustworthy away from the office environment and willing to go the extra mile to ensure work is completed to an excellent standard, upholding courteous and discretionary behaviour at all times. In the workplace, I am keen to learn new skills and feel I am a fast learner, as I have aspirations to expand my knowledge with Linux and Microsoft Azure.I am also currently studying to achieve CompTia Security+ and PenTest+ certifications.
