As a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at Celonis, I manage the entire hiring cycle across multiple Go-To-Market organizations, from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding. I also lead global projects to improve the efficiency and compliance of the talent acquisition process, collaborating with cross-functional teams and creating enablement materials for new and existing TA partners.I joined Celonis in 2019 as an Enterprise Development Representative, after working as a Sales Development Representative and an Account Manager in different companies. I quickly demonstrated my skills and potential, earning the Rookie of the Year award and two promotions within two years. I have a BA in Media and Professional Communications from the University of Pittsburgh, where I developed my digital media skills and learned how to communicate effectively in various contexts.
