At GoMetro, I spearheaded the creation and execution of our Electric Vehicle (EV) Telematics product strategy. This included defining our target customers, vision, core competencies, and unique competitor differentiators. My responsibilities included defining a short- to long-term development roadmap and crafting a comprehensive UK sales strategy. By focusing on the core needs of users and potential customers, I ensured that right product will be built for the market, while also allowing for opportunities to adapt as we learn. Key responsibilities included:• Setting the product strategy for GoMetro’s EV Telematics products, aligning the business and laying the foundation for future success.• Conducting a comprehensive review of competitors, identifying key differentiators, strengths, and weaknesses.
