* Various Global Fund Management, Multinational Banking and Financial Services firms providing ISAE3402 / SSAE16 Type II ReportsI was involved in the Performance Assurance teams reports of these clients.I was specifically involved in the Transfer Agency and Fund Accounting sections of these engagements.These roles involved meeting and engaging with points of contacts for walk throughs, reperformances and following up queries from testing, which included:• Calculation of NAV • Reviews of various reports• Exceptions Report testing• Cash reconciliations: reperformance of ledger and statements, evaluating if differences on the cash reconciliations were below tolerances and if any differences were then investigated.• Application access testing.• Post dealings and telephone dealings• Transaction Processing;• Investment Income• Client Reporting* ITGC testing for varied industries such as commercial and telecommunications firms. This was within the System and Process Assurance team. Testing performed here included areas such as• Change Management testing;• Project Development testing;• Re-performance Testing (Bill Recalculations);• Investigative (Password Controls, Systems testing);• Audit Support. • Testing of simple systems.• Access testing• Terminated Users.• Super User Access* I was involved with providing a SOC 2 Type 1 report to an International client in conjunction with PwC teams based in Hong Kong, Singapore andParis. This role involved performing walkthroughs and documenting conclusions based on our findings, as well as identifying what controls were in place and re mediating any gaps if necessary.

As a part of College placement I worked as part of Risk Assurance Solutions within PwC. Within this area I was based between the SPA (Systems & Process Assurance) and TPA (Third Party Assurance) teams. I performed multiple types of testing for clients of both teams based in IT, Insurance and Asset management.I also attended, held and reported on walk-through's of systems for these clients.
