Some of his achievements were:- Delivering the initial Co-discovery phase of the Bristol to Bath 'One Path' project, a £1.5 million path redesign and behavior change project.- Delivering large scale community engagement and empowerment project - Local People Sydenham and also Local People Kingston.- Design and delivery of Sustrans' first women's mental health project - 'Queer Mary's Hostel'.- Delivering Co-design and engagement of TFL's London Quietway's programme using design-test-build principles.

As a Behaviour Change officer I was responsible for leading active travel and healthy lifestyles projects across workplaces and schools in London. Utilising behaviour change techniques, influencing and advocacy I led a small team to enable workplaces to embed active travel within their organisational strategy. Other activities included:- Working on Heathrow Airports first active travel/ cycling partnership to support their 400+ businesses to develop practices and volunteer programmes to improve sustainable travel.- Working with Heathrow's central policy team to influence the airports active travel/ cycling strategy.- Worked with 20 north-London based schools to encourage over 6,000 staff/ children to travel more actively as part of the 'Bike it' project.
