As a Senior Creative Partner at Hubbub, I bring over a decade of experience in innovation, community development and scaling impactful initiatives. My passion lies in leveraging technology to drive meaningful social and environmental change, with a particular focus on the not-for-profit sector.At Hubbub, I have led the transformation of the Community Fridge Network, scaling it from 125 to over 700 groups across the UK. This initiative now redistributes over 18 million meals annually, supported by more than 1 million public visits. My role involved not only scaling the network but also developing no-code tools and digital platforms that have streamlined operations and boosted team capacity. I am driven by a love for working with diverse teams and nurturing partnerships, which has led to the expansion of projects and the creation of new opportunities. My expertise includes agile project management, service design, and building capacity within organisations. I am an advocate for no-code solutions and automation, constantly seeking ways to optimise processes through bespoke CRM systems and robust evaluation techniques.Beyond my role at Hubbub, I contribute to the sector as a founding member of the steering group for CAST’s Digital Leads Network, advancing digital transformation and peer learning across organisations. My previous roles include serving as Community Development Manager at Sedgemoor Council and delivering community development and placemaking projects at Sustrans. As a Trustee at Voluntary Action North Somerset, I continue to share my expertise with community-focused initiatives.
