Coordinating the FOH Team for FRINGE WORLD Festival 2021. Including FRINGE WORLD Encore.This role involved managing a team of 65+ employees across two FRINGE WORLD Hubs. Running large recruitment drives, budgeting and scheduling staff based on the Festival program and venue requirements. Working closely with all departments during the COVID lockdown and reopening both sites while adhering to the strict guidelines set by the Department of Health.

Heart Inspired Events has been operating for over ten years with a strong focus on community based events. These events include The Mount Hawthorn Hawkers Markets, Kyilla Community Farmers Markets, Inglewood on Beaufort Night Market, The Mount Lawley Christmas Festival and the annual East Fremantle Festival on George Street.

The Perth City Apple Retail Store was the first Apple store in Western Australia. Since relocating home to Perth from London I was promoted to the role of Computer Technician after my success in the repairs department in the White City London Store. Most recently, I was the In-Store Trainer which supports the learning environment in store by leading, facilitating, and supporting formal and informal training. The White City Apple Retail Store has been one of the most prominent stores at the London Westfield shopping mall. I have undertaken a career experience within the repairs and service department “the Genius Bar” of the business. For this role I have obtained Certifications to Repair Mobile devices.Coordinate the Genius Bar (In store technical assistance)Identify & resolve technical issues with customer devices.Deliver customer training and technical appointments in a timely informative manner.Create necessary case files and paperwork for each repair or service. Delegate appointments between technical staff based on individual’s knowledge and strength.Work closely with Management to develop the structure of repair service, improving the customer experienceResolve and defuse difficult customer situations.

The Ambassador Theatre Group is one of the UK's largest theatre groups. At the Lyceum Theatre the Lion King has been running for over 11 years with 8 performances per week.Coordinate the Kiosks & Bars before the performance and during the interval.Perform pre-show safety checks in the auditorium and foyer areas.Manage FOH staff by allocating job roles and duties.Maintain facilities throughout the performances and alert maintenance to any issues.Deliver a high level of customer service and deal with a variety of customer issues and complaints.Resolve ticketing and seating issues promptly causing minimum disruption to patrons.
