My most recent role was as an Administrator at Central Uxbridge Surgery, where I performed various administrative tasks and supported the practice staff and patients. As a GP Administrator, I was proficient in using EMIS, including concepts, searches, and template creation, to monitor and improve the quality of care for patients and meet QOF targets. I was also involved in implementing month-of-birth reviews for patients and tracking SMI and LD reviews. I kept notes for clinical frailty meetings and ensured appointments were followed up on during the implementation of the frailty team at Elliott Hall Medical Centre.
