This position gave me a unique opportunity to play an integral role in creating the service culture for a new global brand.My responsibilities at TRIBE Perth included managing 8 direct reports and over 30 indirect reports, while overseeing $6 million in revenue. During my tenure, I successfully developed the operating budget and led the go-to-market strategy for the new hotel brand recovering post COVID. Within 2 months of my appointment, TRIBE Perth had resumed profitability after the decline which is saw during the pandemic.In addition, I provided ongoing analysis and management of fortnightly forecasts, monthly P&L, AR, cash flow, and balance sheet. I also prepared and submitted yearly budgets, business plans, and CAPEX requests, executed capital expenditures and major projects, and reported regularly to Head Office and owners.As the Chair of the monthly review for owners, asset manager, and Accor Group regional management, I also played a key role in HR-related processes for all team members, including selection, recruitment, evaluations, and performance management.

This ensured optimal staffing levels and allowed us to deliver exceptional service to guests.To drive increased revenue, I redesigned the restaurant menu to better suit the surroundings and deliver higher bottom-line revenue.
