During my time at gleanly i have helped to restructure the development teams and processes to make sure that projects were delivered on time and in budget.

Leading a team of developers, designers and a UX team i was responsible for managing stakeholders, budgets and the delivery of the staff checks project.

I have been working as a consultant to help business achieve there goals through Digital Strategy. I help people to look at there Processes with in there teams as well as looking at the strategy of the business with in digital marketing.I help to create specification documents as well as placing the right companies to make sure the delivery of the strategy.

My role at Neetrix is to analyse clients’ needs and to understand how their business runs so that we can develop the product. I help to run the digital team to make sure that Projects are delivered on time and on spec. I also help to generate business for Neetrix and have created a sales plan so that the business can grow in a much more sustainable manner.

My role at Varn was to manage the internal team as well as consult for outside clients. I have helped redevelop the internal process of the PMO as well as the Development team its self. I employed key roles with in the business to help manage the new work load. I am also consulting with larger development teams whose projects have gone in to a position.

My role at Bigg was to help Bigg move from small wordpress projects in to understanding how to develop bigger applications so they could better help their clients. I helped to implement new processes so we could understand resourcing and burn rate for agile projects as well as working with a waterfall methodology where neededWe were able to write.

Beeptreat is a new way for companies to incentivise there customers to use word of mouth to effectively promote your business.I was the inventor of the product and helped to take it to market. I built the first version of the app in a weekend and then over a 2 year period helped to manage the project so that it was used by companies such as The Sun.

GLOW creative was set up by myself and Daniel Pidcock in 2009We are a growing Digital Agency who can help with all aspects of digital marketing from online application development to games, Viral Videos and much more.We have been working over the last year to create a small agency that offers excellent service. With 9 staff we are on our way to realising.
