-Created a report for the implementation of WalkMe solutions and their success measures in our Auto L&D department. The report was later handed to Sr. Leaders for review and roll-out. -Collaboration and creation of a new process in PowerBI for our monthly business line reporting. This allowed leaders more flexibility in their reviews of team performance and better forecasting opportunities. -Diligently working to continue the success of our Jira dashboard I built from the internship. Communication with leaders to implement their suggestions as well as my own. -Lead meetings with other individuals about reporting wants & needs. Curated reports for different groups for their specific use case.-Actively seek new routines in our reporting process to improve its effectiveness and automate where possible.
