As an Enrollment Specialist at SOWELA Technical Community College for over five years, I provide end-to-end service to prospective and current students, from admission to graduation. I have a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from McNeese State University, and I leverage my skills and knowledge to implement effective recruitment plans and strategies, streamline business operations, and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.My core competencies include attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills, which enable me to assist students with registration, financial aid, student accounts, and other services, ensuring a smooth and positive enrollment experience.
