Olivia (Libby} Chambers’ experience in the Human Resources field spans over 30 years! For the first five years of her career, she worked as an Employment Supervisor for a manufacturing company in Jackson, MS. An additional nine years was spent in Jackson employed by a division of Beech Aircraft Corp., Beech Aerospace Services. Here, she served as the Employment Supervisor for 2,500 employees based in worldwide locations. Her spouse’s employment then took her to southern California, where she worked as an Employment Specialist for a mail order company for five years. In 1995, her spouse’s employment again required relocation; this time, to Oklahoma City. Her staffing service experience began when she became a Recruiter for Olsten Staffing Services in 1995, where she was employed for eleven years. TRC Staffing Services then hired Libby as a Recruiter in February, 2007. She’s happy to call this home.Libby’s vast experience has taught her to “read” people well. She has developed an uncanny ability to place the right people in the right jobs. Her years of experience have trained her to ask the hard, in depth questions required to get the candidate to reveal a “true” picture of themselves, their work ability and history, as well as problems in their past that may produce “red flags”.
