Ms. Celich is responsible for scheduling appointments, completing referrals, and acquiring prior authorizations for out patient tests. She greets all patients on their arrival, and directs them to the appropriate place. Ms. Celich is trained and certified in EpicCare, the latest technology for EMR. EpicCare is the largest EMR database in Northern Virginia, and Ms. Celich uses it on a daily basis; scheduling appointments, converting paper documents, and completing referrals.
