Eventually I was promoted to Manager and then Director at Travelocity and gained much experience leading and managing a global team of project managers who delivered on portfolio approved projects for Travelocity.com. Most recently my experience has been at Intuit, where I lead and manage business-critical mid to large-scale technical and non-technical projects for the ProConnect business unit involving end-to-end management extending across all functions and teams (Product Development, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales).
