The role required me to engage potentially reticent students and encourage them to participate in group activities. I am encouraged to show empathy to unsettled students to work with them to enhance their University experience. My responsibilities include organising, managing and delivering group social events.

During my time at END clothing I learned how to work successfully in a fast-moving retail environment. I became familiar with, and developed an interest in, high-end fashion brands. I was able to meet the exacting quality standards, enhancing the customer experience, while exceeding all of my personal targets.
