Graphic designer and research assistant for a research project funded by the National Institute of Mental Health. I conducted a literature review of design for mental health, organized and conducted multiple rounds of user focus groups, and designed prototypes of a tool to visualize conversations in group therapy. I also wrote and submitted an academic paper to SIGCHI, a respected conference for computer-human interaction. In this role I've collaborated with psychologists, professors, and machine learning engineers across the United States.

My role was to identify what data points were most important to our customers, then organize that information into clear and compelling data visualization dashboards. These reports helped customer service managers quantify Brainstorm's value to customers, and enable customers to get the most out of their software.
