I manage the production team, helping all parties to hone in on the unique voice of each show- and episode. Day-to-day tasks include outlining and assigning scripts, tracking series bible changes, responding to network notes and handling script changes. Polishing each episode to elevate the entertainment and engagement level, and ensure that each team member recognizes their own stamp on the project, I always come in under budget and ahead of schedule. Additionally, I meet with the Senior and Executive Production teams to fine tune a narrative vision that also fits budgetary needs and time constraints. I amalgamate that information in order to coordinate with multiple departments (art, production, editing) to preemptively recognize and overcome challenges while maintaining narrative fidelity. As part of the on-going development process, I share my eccentric experiences and storytelling expertise in the interest of creating, or finding, and guiding new series from seed to syndication.
