Responsible for billing entry, account resolution, patient benefits/authorization for treatment, adherence to HIPAA guidelines, compliance with all Medicare treatment documentation requirements, documentation review for any discrepancies, identifying process improvement opportunities through report analysis, resolution of any software issues, collections, A/R, responsible for closing financial month end, balance payment negotiations, performing and billing Urinalysis Screens to include DOT, Breath Alcohol Screens, netogiating contracts with local employers for baseline physicals and drug screens for their new employees to mitigate risk, resolution of any clinic financial discrepancies related to treatment and/or retail.

This includes all commercial insurances, Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, VA, Work Comp, and 3rd party liability claims.
