A highly driven health professional with a passion for positive behaviour change, nutrition and lifestyle medicine.Through my clinical experience and education I have developed a keen interest in engaging individuals and communities to cultivate healthy environments and behaviours. My unconditional positive regard and collaborative approach allows me to build trust with patients and clients with ease.I believe the management of health and well-being is fundamental to thriving and reducing chronic disease states.My coaching sessions provide a space for clients to connect to their strengths and values as they move through the change process and build their skills and confidence to better manage their health. They also allow for opportunity to build on health literacy and close knowledge gaps with clients.Key responsibilities of previous health care roles relied on building trust with stakeholders, doctors, investors, providers, patients and customers. Through careful planning and regular consulting with stakeholders it was possible to meet diverging expectations and priorities. When I understand what success means to the clients I am working with or the stakeholders I am managing I am better equipped to support their needs and interests.
