CurrentMaintain and manage intellectual property portfolio for three shareholders; prepare and file PCT applications, manage and coordinate PCT prosecution, nationalize applications, coordinate lifecycle of patent and payment of annuity fees; oversee domestic patent filing, attend to all PAIR notices, communicate with client, docket, and coordinate responses, prepare, file, and track Information Disclosure Statements; conduct trademark pre-filing clearances; prepare and file U.S. domestic and international trademark applications including Madrid applications, attend to all actions through registration, and manage all trademark renewals; prepare and file U.S. copyright applications; liaise with outside counsel and manage all aspects of applications; conduct non-standard contract reviews; conduct product reviews for clients to ensure compliance with acceptable standards; renew entities with the Utah Division of Corporations and related other state departments; attend to and oversee docketing; communicate with clients; and other responsibilities.
