Perform daily general support for PensionGold Version 3 clients, including research and analysis of reported client issues resulting in client problem resolution. Manually test client releases and enhancements. Create SQL queries to create or identify test data. Write, apply and test BAP changes to the PensionGold Version 3 product to fix bugs found in the system, incorporate client requested enhancements. Work with a team of developers for development of more technical coding changes. Test database data correction scripts prior to releasing to client environment. Create designs, test plans and documentation for new and existing functionality for client application.

As a team leader for PensionGold client support, am responsible for providing overall services and solutions to production PensionGold clients. I direct a team of Business Analysts and Developers and am relied upon for scheduling and prioritizing the work queue. I work with assigned clients to resolve issues involving the product as well as administrative issues. I assist with delivery and billing of client solutions. For larger client projects, I am responsible for scheduling and managing the projects and the client’s expectations for functionality and deliverable timing.In addition to client deliverables, I prepare and conduct annual and optional six month employee performance reviews for my team members. I review and approve team member’s time off requests as well as team member’s expenses.

Tools used included but were not limited to:Database Explorer, Delphi 5, SQL Server 2000, SQLPlus Worksheet

Primary support contact for several PensionGold Version 1 clients. Provided direct client support, gathered requirements for requested modifications. Modified and enhanced systems based on changes in regulations and/or technology. Performed a variety of pension application design and development activities. Tools used included but were not limited to: Visual FoxPro 6.0, Visual FoxPro 7.0, FoxPro 2.6, Visual SourceSafe, pcANYWHERE, StarTeam, SQLPlus Worksheet

Gathered requirements, coded and modified new and existing computer systems using Delphi, Easytrieve, Cobol II, and various other programming tools.
