My experiences as a search professional, company president, non-profit executive and board member give me a unique perspective on the role of leadership in an organization.Outside of the office, I share my talents as a community volunteer and committed board member, currently serving on the board of directors for Theater Latte Da, the executive committee of the Private Directors Association (Minnesota Chapter) and member of the Association for Corporate Growth.My past board service includes board roles with the Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance, Minnesota Stroke Association and the Scleroderma Foundation.
