Prior to launching Lyman Executive Search in 2019, I cofounded LymanDoran, the third largest executive search firm in Minneapolis and St. Paul, and led Schall Lyman, a regional practice. I spent time at Korn Ferry International and began my recruiting career at Russell Reynolds Associates.Outside the office, I am an active board member for Dunwoody College of Technology, current member of the Private Directors Association, past President of the Minneapolis City of Lakes Rotary Club and former board member of the Alzheimer’s Association of Minnesota-North Dakota.
