Help finished interposer implementation, STA analysis, Voltus IR drop analysis, Sigrity SSO/SSN analysis and DRC/LVS check. For the first product 2.5DIC COWOS project, met a lot of challenges. The project cross many BU, need co-work with other teams, work with Encounter R&D, Voltus R&D, QRC R&D and Sigrity R&D.
