Preparation of WPS ,PQR as per section IX, Welder qualification test & preparation of documents for client approvel. • Inspection of various mechanical equipments like UF & RO Skids, piping, SS pressure vessels.• Welding Visual Inspection on Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Columns , Platforms, Piping & Air-coolers. • Guide the welding team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the welded joints.• Perform visual test on each and every raw materials needed for welding, also check the required machines & tools for welding

Project : Handrail erection process in DAICEC (Reliance)• Daily work allocation & permit arrangement.• Study the P & ID Isometric drawing with GAD.• Inspect the incoming materials in fabrication section & reviewing TDS to confirm material used for fabrication & Installation.• Preparation of MIR (Material Inspection Report).• Following up heat treatment processes and NDT for welded items if needed.• Checking the dimensions, fittings, Allignments, welding.• Supervising fit up and welding of spool to spool or spool to field run pipe together and welding supports to lift and place one time (saving time and effort).• Coordination with scaffolding groups to make access for assembly the hole lines at any elevation• Supervising alignment and bolt tightening for main members of the structure on the main Aligns and Axis before offering for inspection
