As a CSR for the Parks and Rec division of the City of Frisco my current role involves providing outstanding programming aid and oversight of the childcare area of the Frisco Athletic Center. Additionally I provide assistance in developing employee engagement, program creating, and MOD management. Prior to joining the city I spent eight years working for an after school education program working up throughout various roles in the childcare industry and obtained a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. I am striving to work in the human resource environment due to how I enjoy the satisfaction that comes with helping people recognize their strengths and values. My joy comes from finding ways to be part of other people's goals and achievements for their future!
