Working on the Angles for SAP (Every Angle) product, I primarily focus on the functional aspects within our team. My key responsibilities include:- Writing user stories, reproduction of bugs and preparing Product Backlog Items (PBIs) with a proposed solution.- Ensuring and improving the quality of our standard content (configuration).- Functional testing of colleagues' work and approving pull requests in DevOps to maintain consistency and quality.- Collaborating with various teams to optimize product functionality and enhance the user experience.- Writing upgrade notes and release notes.

In addition, it contains out of the box a large number of advanced analysis options to reduce bottlenecks, stock levels and improve data reliability.I was responsible for the Functional Support team (13 people):- Planning of internal and customer projects- Assignment and planning of functional change requests.- Making quotations - including both functional design and technical design - for change requests (configuration)- Actively involved in personal development plans.- Actively involved in the development of the department (strategic, HR) and improving our processes.- Scrum master of the development team that delivers standard content for the EA software (standardize custom EA modules, templates and angles).

Het uitvoeren van nieuwe implementaties van ORTEC Harmony (personeelsplanningspakket) bij verschillende organisaties, zowel op technisch als functioneel vlak: - Afstemmen van de technische specificaties. Installeren in samenwerking met de IT organisatie van de klant, waarbij technische kennis omtrent de applicatie wordt overgedragen. - Analyse van het roosterproces en een inventarisatie van de benodigde data. Opbouw van de juiste configuratie/inrichting in ORTEC Harmony, in samenwerking met de klant. Kennisoverdracht naar de applicatiebeheerder van de klant, met als doel dat het applicatiebeheer in de toekomst zelfstandig door de klant kan worden uitgevoerd.Naast nieuwe implementaties zijn er ook vervolgtrajecten bij bestaande klanten: - Voorbeelden hiervan zijn: het implementeren van nieuwe modules, het begeleiden van een upgrade naar een nieuwe release van ORTEC Harmony en het aanpassen van de inrichting op basis van veranderde omstandigheden bij een klant.
