• Write technical design specifications for OSS fault and performance management tools – e.g. UMTS, CDMA Voice, Data, EVDO, LTE, EPC; and related adjunct elements.• Provide on-site customer network management center evaluations and recommendations for OSS product and process optimization.• Liaison between switch vendors, database vendors, and internal customers to specify, collect, and report on performance metrics from a nationwide wireless network.• Engineer metrics for Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Huawei, and Nokia Wireless Data, and IOS systems.

• Design/Execute ad-hoc reports to support network performance metric testing and user requests. • Perform detailed investigations of abnormal report outputs to include confirmed analysis with vendors and field management, initiates corrective action, and maintain diligent follow-up.• Audit, analyze, and ensure performance measurements collected from the network elements are accurately loaded to the network performance database. Identify and resolve issues encountered along the data collection process.• Review and design test plans for validation of vendor and system software releases.• Perform first market application testing to monitor, log, and report pertinent activities and associated test results to ensure they are documented according to test requirements and plans.• Provide technical assistance via phone and e-mail to end-users to include system access, availability, analysis, and documentation to the Network Performance Reporting System.

• Provide quality customer service, including verbal and written communication with individual customers and financial instituions.• Manage and implement Series 1 software from a national level to the plant level.• Design and execute testing matrix to verify integrity of software before being released to all production systems.• Facilitate weekly conference call with national programming group to discuss programming changes required.• Point of contact for all programming requests. Responsible for analyzing validity, scheduling, and testing of software.• Identify and troubleshoot data processing errors through the Series 1 system.
