Procurement- Negotitate with oversea suppliers about yearly contract: price list, marketing rebate, sales target, large quantity discount policy, safety stock level, credit payment terms, warranty supports,…- Implement and manage change in supply network with Big Ass Fans: inquiry, update lead time/PO, stamp on Proforma Invoice, controlling international payments, handle import documents ,…- Developing supplier relationships to assure high quality, cost effective and timely supply of required products.- Monitors contractor performance, recommends changes to contract when necessary.Logistics- Plan import schedule to estimate time of delivery for customers.- Responsible for forwarder evaluation, selection on each import shipment.- Request, collect and transfer necessary documents from suppliers to Custom clearance service provider for preparation of customs clearance process- Liaise with trucking service provider/driver to check price and select the one who has the most competitive price.- Collaborate with warehouse to ship the goods to construction site (for project).- Handle and implement processes with Quatest 3 for quality inspection of each ceiling fans shipment. Operation- Negotiate bilingual Sales Contract (English-Vietnamese) for froject with MNC customers.- Follow and update order status with project customers- Solve problems with customers: late delivery, tech spec supports if needed,…- Collaborate with Accountant about delivery documents to construction site: Import documents (B/L, C/O, C/Q,…), Handover and Inspection Report, pre-payment return bank guarantee, warranty bank guarantee, …Admin tasks- Support to consult for new leads (foreigner) transfered from Big Ass Fans or assign for Sales (Vietnamese)- Select and place order with domestics suppliers about installation tools and accessories.- Create recruitment news and upload on Facebook, LinkedIn, TopCV, Ybox, CarrierBuilder,… - Screening cv and block appointment with candidates.

Purchasing role- Collaborate with Warehouse/Production team to collect Request of Material with estimated deadlines. - Categorize and assign tasks for specialized purchasers; inquiry, negotiate, update PO to ERP systems, solve problems directly with Schneider Myanmar about defective and damaged items for warranty. - For other oversea accessories: source new suppliers, negotiate price and lead time by collecting prices/lead time, build comparative list of minimum 3 suppliers to get approval from Purchasing Manager. - Follow up the status of each Purchase Order with Supplier and push to make sure components arrive timely for project deadline. Deal with any delay/trouble and update status to related departments including production, project, warehouse and sales team. - Input ERP systems and issue purchasing documents such as PO, Internal-PO.Logistics role- Follow up the status of each shipment with Forwarder to coordinate and arrange the pick-up at supplier warehouse.- Manage and assist the import customs clearance process with forwarder - supply all necessary documents and conduct all and any procedure to prepare the customs clearance of the Company's imported goods (Sales contract, Packing List, Invoice, Insurance if any etc.)- Plan to send components/accessories from/to Vietnam HQ as hand carry: import/export docs, packing.Admin tasks- Support Tender team to check material prices/ lead time from supplier for projects.- Keep in touch with air-ticket agents to book air-tickets for staffs and guests on Director's approvals. - Manage all flight schedules in order to support Director'schedule and arrange goods send from/to Vietnam. - Submit business e-VISA for staffs travelling to support Myanmar branch. - Manage cash flows for Myanmar office: check and spend cash for office expenses, input weekly report income and outcome amount for Manager.
