● Get relevant alumni success stories and metrics that we can promote internally and externally to students and prospects -- proving the efficacy of the WSE method.● Organize student communities to help them connect by sharing hobbies and to have a better experience with Wall Street English.● Coordinate with Centers and Head Office to expand student communities project across all WSE centers.● Manage Community Managers across all WSE centers and coordinate all relevant activities, events, meetings, etc.● Help our students practice and improve their English and leadership skills through training and club activities.● Reduce the number of student complaints that arise due to boredom after studying at WSE for extended periods of time.● Increase internal revenue by increasing student satisfaction → leading to more renewals and referrals.

• Responsible for students' success and achieve their English goals by the end of the course by constantly motivating and training them so that they follow the method and never give up.• English Teaching & Classroom Management- Conduct orientation classes, program introduction, academic workshops and review classes for students - Supervise and coach students individually in the multimedia center to make sure they are following the method and receive proper academic support.- Prepare lesson plan for all classrooms and multimedia labs• Customer Service- Implement Customer Follow-up Process in every steps of students’ course by consulting, advising, complaint - handling and motivating students to help them reach their academic goals- Master in utilizing CRM and class booking system to follow-up students’ progress and programs
