* M&A Advisory: - Collecting and analyzing data on demographics, customer preferences, market needs and consumer behaviors indifferent markets- Perform qualitative and quantitative research and consultation on several markets- Understand the needs of the client in order to target research to their benefit- Developing and refining processes for data collection and analysis- Provide Information memorandum and financial model to clients and investors- Present clear and useful reports and recommendations based on research.* Outsourced CFO: - Monthly collecting and analyzing client's management accounting- Conduct monthly reports on Looker Studio- Set up OKRs, recommend the strategies and follow up the performance- Provide feasibility study for any project that clients are going to implement.

- Be responsible for the general consultation target of the department- Be the first contact of information to and from other relevant department within the company- Contribute ideas and assist on the marketing campaigns ofthe company- Coordinate well with Marketing and Sales Department as well as Admission on the training or delivering ideas for business- Discover and expand the network of interns, guest speakers and partners as well as the new necessary skill courses for Scholly- Give consultation to the students on choosing proper universities and majors- Manage the student database, consolidate and divide to the Student Affairs staff- Manage and deliver the Scholly extra courses as well as the consultation quality of Scholly staffs- Set up the daily, weekly, monthly working schedule for the division in charge- Suggest ideas to improve the customer service quality to make sure the efficient working pace- Take part in or arrange staff to join the events by Academy- Update regularly on the study abroad market and competitors. Report and suggest solutions for the new actions from the competitors as well- Work on the course plan and cooperate with the Academics on the detailed class schedule.
