In my role, I provide essential support to our clients by addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions. Communication related to support happens through e-mail, Jira, Frshdesk system. As a valuable member of both the ongoing support and LMS implementation teams, I contribute to the seamless integration and utilization of these platforms. Moreover, I play a pivotal role in testing and exploring new features on the LMS, staying at the forefront of advancements to enhance functionality and user experience.
