I co-founded Studio 3Nam in 2022. Occupying a residential house, it is a studio space that has hosted creative workshops, exhibitions, screenings, and talks that foster community engagement, education, and critical creative practices.-Collaborate with local & international artists and institutions, such as: RMIT University, Goethe Institute, Institut francais du Vietnam, and Pro Helvetia - Swiss Arts Council-Delegate tasks and manage Studio 3Nam team to execute projects and events, organize events for 50-200 people, with tight timelines and budgets of $50 to $1000

Vin Gallery is a contemporary art gallery, representing Vietnamese and international artists.-Researched and developed new partnerships with venues and artists to produce exhibitions-Organized and managed on average 2 exhibitions per month at gallery venue, partner venues, and international art fairs-Designed and managed newsletters, press releases, and social media-Trained and delegated tasks to gallery interns
