Key Achievements- Performance recognized and Promoted from Sr. Engineer to Chief Engineer.- Awarded for establishing processes and machine buy-off criteria, and successfully qualified all 12 machine types on qualification run in 6 months.- Established 9 SOPs included process mapping, process specification, reject criteria, process control, SPC, calibration procedure in 3 months included FMEA, Control Plan, Requirement for Process Steps Release, Measurement System Analysis, SPC, Design of Experiment.- Hired Operators, Technicians and Associate Engineers. Certified new staffs for new production.- Successfully achieved wafer breakage reduction and crack on Flash wafers improvement of 10% in 3 months- Established Preventive Maintenance procedure with Maintenance group.- Established good relationship with design, product, process, test, quality and reliability engineering for absolute engineering improvement and new line qualification.Key Responsibilities- Manage manufacturing new start-up to stage of manufacturability in 8 months.- Develop and optimize new process parameters, yield, defects and backend reliability improvement.- Train and lead process/production/maintenance colleagues.
