Hold responsible in system implementation lean manufacturing in production department. Coach all section head and supervisor in use of appliance in system of Lean Manufacturing: 6S, Jidoka, Total Preventive Maintenance, Standardize Work Procedure, One piece flow, Pull System, Line Balancing, Quick Change Over, and Kaizen activity. Do performance improvement on concerned area of production by doing some action plans of improvements. Preparation, delivering and coordinating of training and maintain continuous improvement in coordination with Team leader Technician, Training, and Core team. Analyze key performance indicator on weekly basis as a tool key point to do improvements. Do action plans in a structural way to overcome the problem. Assist in analyzing training needs of each production personal. Organize and conduct training in production aspect and prepare evaluation report. Assist core team in preparing maintaining and updating the Standard Operation Procedure.Hold responsible for functions such as conducting and leading audits for adequate lean manufacturing practices, and recommending and monitoring changes to production processes. Performing tasks such as: establishing audit objectives; designing and conducting system tests and procedures to evaluate program operations; developing, recommending and implementing audit plans; drafting audit reports based on audit findings with recommended changes.
