• Evaluated a high-speed rail’s car body design and production efficiency using the design for manufacture and assembly (DFMA) method based on the car body’s 3D design and its engineering drawing. The evaluation revealed a 48% functional efficiency which indicates design improvement is necessary to optimize the design and production process• Analyzed the car body manufacturing, handling, and assembly processes to quantify the effectivity and constraint of the production system. Discovered a significant disparity between the handling ratio and assembly ratio from the efficient threshold value (more than 30% deviation)• Formulated alternative solutions for design improvement and production optimization of the high-speed rail’s car body. The final analysis and alternative solutions result in a 34% increase in functional efficiency, a 38% improvement in the handling ratio, and a 33% improvement in the assembly ratio

• Managed over 100 measurement tool receiving processes, involving data validation, general tool inspection, and systematic tool inventory database management. Demonstrated proficiency in production planning, developing efficient calibration schedules by considering tool queues, workforce availability, and shop capacity• Conducted an in-depth analysis of torque wrench calibration data, adhering to ISO 6789:2017 standards revealing an 11% deviation in the measurement results, indicating its inaccuracy. Formulated a systematic strategy to mitigate torque measurement drift• Co-initiated the calibration shop enhancement project by expanding calibration scope capabilities to include force and temperature measuring tool. Projected a substantial reduction in production turnaround time (TAT) from an average of 5 weeks to just 5 working days, alongside a significant decrease in annual calibration costs.

Ganesha Model United Nations Club ITB (GMUNC ITB) is an organization that accommodates the needs of its members to learn about model united nations and carries out discourses regarding international and national issues. Narasi.tv is a digital media startup in Indonesia that seeks to inspire citizen activism and social issue awareness through educational content and social events • Planned and conceptualized the execution of main events for Indonesia Butuh Anak Muda project starting from the conference, community talk, virtual art exhibition, and mentoring session. This project aims to raise student’s awareness especially regarding freedom of expression and social tolerance• Successfully generated 1000+ participants in 5 days event and managed to get positive feedback for the main events from a post-event survey
