Both studies involved multi-country in-depth interviews, the synthesis of large data sets, and the delivery of several reports. During my second engagement with them, in addition to interviews, Mantaray also ran for me a 7-day diary study in 4 countries (India, Indonesia, Mexico, and Brazil), with 30 participants per country. My two engagements with them were characterized by excellent planning, efficient execution of research, and prompt delivery of results.First, the team has one of the best project managers I have ever encountered. I have worked with multiple vendors, but Mantaray is by far the most efficient at planning and delivering insights promptly.
