As one of the Lead Trainers at The Connection Insitute, I support the growth of the facilitator team by teaching classes, holding team events, and providing general support. I also work 1:1 with the facilitators by providing feedback and offering growth opportunities for their leadership.

I coached Lawyers to implement the NLBM program. My clients ranged from new business owners to experienced Lawyers looking to add to their current practice. I was responsible for identifying and coaching my clients through logistical and emotional hurdles to keep them on track to meet their goals.

I was accountable for the build and execution of Straight Hemp's sales & marketing strategy. I worked closely with the executive team to formulate company vision and strategy while also developing policies that further support sales goals. I collaborated with the marketing team to clarify the company's position within the marketplace and to ultimately drive sales. Acting as product manager, I was responsible for planning new product launches, identifying new suppliers, marketing management, and beyond.

My overarching role at Straight Hemp has been to develop and sustain the relational, team, and externally facing culture. These practices and policies were based on authentic relating, radical ownership, and specific structures for effective communication. Intrinsic motivation, recognition, and proven systems for feedback were paramount to keeping the team motivated and connected to the larger purpose of each position, as well as for the company as a whole.

This included developing comprehensive advertising strategies in multiple mediums, including radio and digital advertising. I also participated in event planning, copy writing, customer service, and general brand development. Successes include building my book of business by 75% in 6 months. This was a result of cold calling, creative sales strategy, and referrals from happy clients that had successful advertising campaigns.
