Responsible for maintaining end-to-end, high quality, robust and scalable coaching solution. Function as primary coaching point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with internal partners across multiple service lines to deliver excellent client solutions. Contribute to solution design along with curation of appropriate learning content. As an executive coach, I work with senior leaders to strengthen their relational, influencing and communication skills and improve their team effectiveness. Using a broad variety of assessments, I partner with clients to increase their self-awareness as they strengthen their leadership skills resulting in their ability to lead highly engaged and motivated teams.
