With more than 3 years grants experience working with United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Department for International Development, UK (DFID). Experience in managing and building the capacity of grantees, providing procedures and policy guidance to program staff, sub-grantees and partners to ensure adherence to USAID grant management policies. I have considerable strength across a wide range of professional skills in communications training, project management, video shooting and editing, research, writing, interviewing skills and problem solving. Communication, planning and organizing are key strengths which accompanied by a Journalism degree and most recently an MA in the UK have contributed to knowledge and skill gained.
