Chief Product Officer
CurrentI make it my mission to collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs I incorporate my understanding of the marketplace by fostering communication from our customers, cooperating with our executives and utilizing my knowledge of lighting products. I work directly with our engineering and development teams to bring new Maxim Group Company products to the marketplace, managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. I drive product launches including working with our public relations team and marketing department while evaluating promotional plans to ensure they are consistent with our product line strategy.
