I started PULO out of my passion for design at large. As a design thinker I have strong analysis and communication skills but I needed to make my hands feel useful as well. It lead me to woodworking and made me fall in love with the lathe. I act as the design lead of wooden light fixtures and furnishings accessories. In PULO interior architecture projects my aim as an interior designer is to create human-centric spaces that are functional and inviting. I also spread my know-how and do consultancy in the area of branding, marketing, design, interior. Whether to build a brand and marketing tools or to extend the existing brand feel into an interior. Can joyously do both.

Joon is a printing & production HUB that offers wide range of printing and packaging solutions from prototyping to production. Joon offers also packing, repacking and assembly services to variety of importers and production companies.My role @Joon is to take care of the brand image, brand experience, and implement the brand promise to every touchpoint inside and outside of the company. On the business development side my task is to distill promising prospects of new services and translate the proposals into processes and new lucrative revenue streams.

As a lifelong marketer myself I was honoured to represent marketers, media agencies, creative agencies, PR agencies and event marketing agencies in Estonia. My main aim was to build strong bonds within the field and to act as a link for better cooperation amongst marketers, agencies and regulators within and beyond boarders of Estonia.

Fotografiska is an inclusive hub for the creative, photo-loving community, the place for shared values and belonging.And I do so proudly belong to the photolovers circle. My role as chief brand officer was to take care of the Fotografiska brand image, experience, and promise; oversee also the bits and pieces of marketing, advertising and design, public relations and partnerships.

Ülemiste City is biggest privately owned business campus in the Baltic States. As its main developer’s marketing and communications manager the task was to grow the business district’s reputation and attract lucrative customers to bring their businesses to the fastest growing area in Estonia. The day-to-day work was based on budgeting and implementing marketing+communication strategies. Sweetest part of my work was the development of the brand Ülemiste City, simplifying user experience and orchestrating the city’s highlight events.

The aim of my work was to lay the foundation for the Estonian state brand platform, which was an input to the creation of national brand tools. The work included collecting and analyzing background information related to state brand innovation, developing the concept of sectoral workshops and conducting workshops. I was in charge of developing PR plan and marketing campaigns and created a platform for synchronizing marketing messages across Enterprise Estonia.

As Brand Experience Manager I was responsible for the development of the brand experience of the Estonian Telecom brands EMT and Elion, which in essence meant translating the brand strategy into communication solutions and user experience. My tasks included managing the company's visual identity at all brand touch points: physical and virtual sales channels, apps, user environments for TV services, marketing communications, and so on. My portfolio also included conceptual management of service displays and brand training, validation of communication solutions and UX design.

Planning and implementing Elion TV-service marketing and communication strategy. Television service marketing included the preparation of cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, segmentation, as well as direct marketing management and implementation with the support of its teams. The most exciting challenges were GTM planning and implementation of new services.The most important experience I took from this period was the development of Elion's new TV service development and its launch. I was responsible for marketing and communications - I carried out all the communicative activities, from sales personnel trainings to mass marketing campaigns.

Main responsibilities were create a work flow for Elion's retail and financing services marketing, manage a virtual 5-member team, create budgets, and manage the work of creative and media agencies. The most important innovation compared to the previous marketing work was the preparation of cost-benefit analysis reports, through which it was possible to calculate the optimal investments and added value for each advertising campaign and activity. The most striking result in my experience was the increase of the market share of 5% in TV sales to 22%.

I developed a chain of marketing activities aimed at selling brand names like Opel, SAAB, Cadillac, Corvette and Hummer. It was a very exciting period in the segmentation view - how to catch a price-sensitive customer group and sell Opel models massively, and find niche markets where luxury cars are preferred. I recruited a marketing assistant and in cooperation with the manufacturer's representatives across Europe accomplished an effective sales year before a major recession. Two new models - the Saab 93 and Cadillac CTS - launch events were a great success. I also gained skills how to do high level cooperation while launching SAAB BioPower powered vehicles and new bio-fuel in collaboration with Statoil.

Estonia

The biggest reseller of Microsoft and McAfee needed marketing function to be built from a clean page. My task was to develop marketing plan and implement all marketing activities; handle GTM campaigns for new software products, organise customer events and conferences in collaboration with the world's leading software developers. In addition to our daily customer procurement, I managed the creation of the company's new visual identity that GT Software uses till now.
