Sweetest part of my work was the development of the brand Ülemiste City, simplifying user experience and orchestrating the city’s highlight events. -

The most important innovation compared to the previous marketing work was the preparation of cost-benefit analysis reports, through which it was possible to calculate the optimal investments and added value for each advertising campaign and activity. The most striking result in my experience was the increase of the market share of 5% in TV sales to 22%. -
Marketing ManagerViking Motors As Apr 2007 - Mar 2008I developed a chain of marketing activities aimed at selling brand names like Opel, SAAB, Cadillac, Corvette and Hummer. It was a very exciting period in the segmentation view - how to catch a price-sensitive customer group and sell Opel models massively, and find niche markets where luxury cars are preferred. I recruited a marketing assistant and in cooperation with the manufacturer's representatives across Europe accomplished an effective sales year before a major recession. Two new models - the Saab 93 and Cadillac CTS - launch events were a great success. I also gained skills how to do high level cooperation while launching SAAB BioPower powered vehicles and new bio-fuel in collaboration with Statoil.

In addition to our daily customer procurement, I managed the creation of the company's new visual identity that GT Software uses till now.
