I managed the development and piloting of a multi-company Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solution as a project of Media Metrics Finland until this part was off-spinned and Suomen Tunnistautumisosuuskunta was established.

A joint venture for digitalization related common media indstry development projects owned by Sanoma, Alma, MTV and Yle. All projects carried out with project organizations formed by members from media industry and selected partners. I executed a new business model including renewal the digital analytics platform producing the official Finnish Internet Audience Measurement (FIAM) -data.

In the executive board of the ISKU Group (industry, retail and health care corporation of 130 MEUR) my first role was equivalent to a COO. I was appointed to CEO of Isku Koti Oy, when it was separated from the Group.In the Group-role I was responsible for development of sales, e-commerce, marketing and communications. I learnt to engineer and execute strategic projects and business arrangements in a crisis company. As a part of this, 2014 Board of Isku Group wanted to cut off Isku Koti Oy (36 MEUR) from the rest of the Isku Group due the severe profitability issues that had been worsening several years. I was asked to become CEO of Isku Koti Oy and craft a turnaround-strategy to cut the -6 MEUR losses, and execute it. I succeeded despite the declining market, after which Isku Koti was able to continued within the common Group management again.

I was member of the executive board. We pivoted the company from a traditional media agency to and wide-service marketing agency. I started a new business sector, analytical services, and developed new service products. In the role of the sales director I developed B2B sales processes and deployed CRM. I become a digitalization and marketing professional. I worked with several media companies, RAY, Säästöpankkiliitto, Lemminkäinen, Tele Finland, Toyota Auto Finland and Isku.

I started my own consulting company for customer-oriented business design and data-analytics during my fulltime MBA-studies. One of the customers was Dagmar.

I established a new profitable consulting business sector based on a strategic partnership. I learned knowledge management, data-analytics, modelling and making scenarios to optimize business challenges. We utilized GIS-data, statistical data, survey data and customer data (CRM)—separately and combined as ‘big data’. I headed the team for Experian’s biggest Nordic account. Customers from finance, media, telco, energy and retail.

Sociocultural RISC-research taught me to recognize different motivations of people and utilize these in marketing and product development. I developed research and analytics for Finnish, Baltics and Russia. I helped customers from finance, travel, telco and retail sectors with their growth and customer strategies.
