My project determined comparative effectiveness of two patient decision aids to support clinical decision-making in treatment for Stable Angina.

Estonia

In a temporary role prior to moving to the United States, I managed two divisions, teams of 12 specialists who worked in quality measurement and improvement, health promotion and communication. Developed new departmental structures within a matrix-organization structure. Prepared departmental budgets for 2019, hired new staff based on the needs of the new structure.

The Estonian Health Insurance Fund is a national social health insurance providing healthcare coverage and benefits to 1,2 million people. I managed the division for Health Promotion and Communication and held the position of Interim Director of Healthcare Quality and Communication in 2018. Our work included health promotion projects on a national level (dental health, cancer prevention, responsible use of pharmaceuticals, child health, mental health), media relations and public relations, health literacy, patient education, international projects (The World Bank, WHO, International Association of Mutual Benefit Societies), social media management and digital marketing. Our team also supported the implementation of several healthcare policies.

Greater Boston Area

During my graduate studies I worked as a graduate assistant for the Emerson College Disability Services Office. I managed content for our social media pages, organized on-campus events, assisted the center's staff in their daily work.

Estonia

From 2013 to 2014 I managed the "Kaubamaja" department store's public relations and social media. From 2011 to 2013 I managed "Tartu Kaubamaja" shopping centre's marketing campaigns, marketing strategies, budgets and events, and was an in-house liaison for public relations.Tallinna Kaubamaja Group companies contribute more than one tenth of retail trade in Estonia in general and employ more than 3,500 people. The loyalty program of the group, Partner Card, extends to 585,000 loyal customers and is the largest in Estonia.
