Plant is supplied by Ms. BHEL & is Operational since 1995.DTPS has been recognized as the best performing coal based power station in India for its Operational excellence, Environment Management, Quality, Safety & Corporate Social responsibility.Working as Manager in Control & Instrumentation Dept.at 2x250MW Dahanu Thermal Power Stationlooking after maintenance of Boiler,Turbine & Offsite packages.Worked for 4x300 MW Rosa Thermal Power Project at UPWorked for 2x600 MW Thermal Power Project at Haryana ,HisarWorked for 6x660 MW Sasan Thermal Power Project,MP• Worked as Control & Instrumentation engineer, responsible for the efficient& safer maintenance of Turbo-Generator and its auxiliaries, involved in shutdown maintenance activities. - Imparted training to GET’s concerning Power plant familiarization and also regarding good O& M practices. - Working experience with DDC Procontrol P 13/42 & PLC s.- Troubleshooting of Procontrol P13/42 DDC. - Calibration and testing of field instruments (Pressure,Temperature etc..)- Have done interlock & protection testing of Turbine & Boiler Auxiliaries- Worked in commissioning team for annual overhauling of unit (250 MW). - Commissioned Turbine supervisory Instruments - TSI system (Erection of Instruments, Gap voltage settings, logic verification)- Experience in Logic design and implementation.- Experience in handling and new setup commissioning of analyzers. (Analyzers Types: SO2, NOx, O2, CO, Moisture, Dew Point, of manufacturers:- Rosemount, Hach, UPL, LAND, MSA, ORION, Endee, Instrumentation LTD, Teledyne).- Worked in ‘Power plant simulator for 2x250MW’ (Unisim Honeywell emulation software) design & development team.- Experienced with commissioning & Maintenance of Rockwell PLC software packages (RSView Studio, RSLogix etc.),and Flex I/O cards.- Good understanding of P&I drawings, Relay, logic drawings, electrical MCC drawings and Signal marshalling drawings.

- Experience in Invensys DCS Hardware and Software systems.- Errection and Commissioning of GE Bently Nevada system for Turbovisory.- Errection and Commissioning of Main Turbine and TDBFP High pressure Governing.- C&I Turbine commissioning.- HPLP Bypass commissioning.

- Experience in Errection & commissioning of 300MW Thermal plant. - Errection and commissioning of Honeywell Experion C300 DCS.- Errection commissioning of TG auxiliaries instrumentation.- Commissioning of Ovation DEH control system.- Errection and commissioning of TSI-Shinkawa (Axial shift, Differential Expansion, Casing expansion, Overspeed sensors, Rotor vibrations etc…)- Commissioning of C&I related electrical signals (Synchro panel, UAT panel, Electrical transducer Panel, GT panel, Electrical alarms etc…) - Commissioning of BOP Rockwell PLC systems.- Commissioning of BOP vibration systems.
