I am working as acting food and beverage captain and resposible for handling the pool and beach.• Ensuring that each and every guest is satisfied as well as overseeing the daily activities of junior team members • Fulfilling guest needs by anticipating preferences, menu recommendations and upselling.• Taking contacts from the guest and booking the beds for potential guest reserving the tables in restaurant for future dates.• Tracking daily inventory, managing par stock,making requisition of beverages.• Resolving disputes between junior members of staff.• Settlement of checks, credit card machine and cashiering.Ensuring all the sales and discount report are updates on daily basis.• Maintaining the overall cleanliness of pool and beach, pool bar by following opening and closing checklist.• Checking the quality of work and the grooming standards of junior employees.• Participating in all relevant training as required.

I have worked in room service department in one and only royal mirage. My responsibilities were setting up for daily operation and ensuring all the mis en place is there for the daily operation, taking orders through phone, serving food, suggesting food to the guest,upselling the product, handling micros, maintaining checklist for opening and closing, updating the daily arrival, deparure, occupancy and inhouse guest report and sales report to team.
